Shift: Days/8a-4:30p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week, 1 Saturday per month, M-F

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• MD License
• Must have 2 years experience coming from an Inpatient Rehab facility, skilled nursing facility exp not accepted
• Must have NEURO experience
• BLS
• Highly preferred to have experience with Brain Injury, Spinal Injury, amputation/transplant/oncology, and/or Stroke experience

• COVID vaccine required. Medical Declination accepted, Religious declinations are not accepted
• Inpatient OT needed for a mixture of SCI, BI, CVA, and amputation/transplant/oncology units
• Facility will ACCEPT LOCALS for this position
